To schedule, prepare for, and deliver your sessions, to reach you about bookings and changes, to take payment, and to keep the record a practitioner is expected to keep. I do not use your information for advertising. I do not sell it, rent it, or share it with anyone for their marketing.
-
I run this practice on a small number of platforms, each of which holds some of your information in order to do its job:
Squarespace
Acuity Scheduling
Stripe
Square
Google Workspace
Each of these companies has its own privacy policy and security practices, and each is bound by those terms in handling your data.
Outside of these systems, no one else receives your information unless you ask me to share it — for example, with another practitioner or a physician, or the law requires it.
-
The privacy and confidentiality standard I hold has been formalized over twenty-three years of working with people in a vulnerable position.
what you tell me on the table or in a session stays with me.
I don't discuss client or session details with other clients.
I don't confirm that someone is a client.
I don't share your information with a partner, a family member, or a colleague without your say-so.
The systems above are the only exceptions, and they exist so that I can book you, take payment, and keep accurate records.
-
You can ask me at any time what I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it.
Write to intention@russellpappas.com and I'll respond within 5 business days.
Deleting your contact information, intake form, and notes doesn't affect payment records I'm required to keep
-
I work with adults, I do not knowingly collect or store information from anyone under 18 year old.
-
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
Material changes will be sent to current clients by email.
This practice is run by one person, I am the only one who reads what you share with me and this page tells you what I collect, where it is held, and what I do to keep it safe.
